We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.\nWhat you’ll be challenged to do: During your internship, you will work alongside experienced project controls, construction management, and engineering professionals supporting a major infrastructure program. You will gain hands-on experience organizing and analyzing project data, developing dashboards, and creating reports that help project teams make informed decisions.\nIn this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nSupport the development of Power BI dashboards and reports that communicate project performance and key metrics.\nPrepare management reports, presentations, and other reporting deliverables using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.\nImprove data quality, reporting processes, and business intelligence capabilities.\nWhat you'll bring to our firm:\nMust have worked on a personal, work, or academic project using scripting to sort data and present dashboards.\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.\nBasic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including organizing data, using formulas, sorting/filtering, and creating basic charts or PivotTables.\nGeneral comfort working with data, spreadsheets, numbers, and reports.\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to check work for accuracy.\nMust have the ability to organize information from multiple files or data sources.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate clearly and explain findings in simple terms.\nWillingness to learn Power BI, Power Query, data modeling, and DAX with guidance from the project team.\nAbility to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, project controls staff, and other team members.\nInterest in learning how data and dashboards are used to support large infrastructure and construction programs.\nCompensation: The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
