Discover some of our signature power and energy projects here.\nWhat you'll be challenged to do:\nThe Sr. Project Coordinator provides project management support to the Project Management team. Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard project management techniques for projects throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for mentoring and guiding Project Coordinators.\nIn this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nAttend client meetings and take detailed meeting minutes\nCreate meeting minutes using client approved templates\nDistribute client meeting minutes within a few business days based on client requirements\nTrack open project resource requests \nMonitor project schedules \nAssist with cost proposals and change orders \nSupport project status meetings and compile meeting minutes \nCommunicate relevant updates to team members and stakeholders \nPrepare project accrual and forecasting reports \nUtilize project management software for data entry and setup \nCompile documentation for new and active projects \nMaintain electronic and hard copy project folders \nParticipate in project audits \nMaintain internal KPI dashboards and track performance metrics \nPerform other job-related duties as assigned\nWhat you'll bring to our firm:\n8+ years of relevant experience \nAssociate’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience \nAdvanced understanding of project management concepts \nStrong organizational and communication skills \nProficiency in financial math and project management software\nWhat we prefer you bring:\nTechnical writing skills\nCAPM certification \nExperience in the energy industry or consulting services environment\nCompensation:\nThe salary range for this role is $75,000 -$90,000.
