You will also work with corporate systems and endpoint management solutions used across the organization.\nYour tasks\nProvide technical support for end users regarding hardware, software, and peripheral devices\nInstall, configure, and maintain computers and business applications\nDiagnose and resolve basic IT issues in a timely manner\nDeliver remote technical support to global users\nSupport the operation of company systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, antivirus, and MDM solutions\nMaintain IT equipment according to established standards and procedures\nAssist in onboarding and technical setup for new employees\nTrain users on the effective use of company hardware and software\nCollaborate with internal IT teams to ensure high-quality support services\nYour skills\nKnowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 applications\nUser-focused mindset and willingness to provide technical support\nAbility to prioritize tasks effectively\nVery good communication skills\nTeamwork and collaboration skills\nGood English language skills, both written and spoken\nAbility to work under pressure\nPrevious experience in a similar IT Support role\nNice to have\nKnowledge of macOS and Jamf\nKnowledge of mobile devices and operating systems including Android and iOS\nAbility to replace consumables and hardware components in IT
