scorecards using modern BI tools.\nTranslate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.\nPerform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance activities.\nIdentify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.\nCreate and maintain semantic models, datasets, and data dictionaries.\nSupport business stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.\nPartner with technical teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.\nDevelop and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nPresent findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data management standards.\nParticipate in Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.\nRequired Qualifications\nUndergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.\n 5-7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics roles.\nStrong experience with:SQL\nPower BI\nExcel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query)\nData visualization and dashboard development\nData modelling and KPI reporting\n\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience performing data quality assessments and validation activities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, or cloud-based analytics solutions.\nKnowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.\nExperience with Power Query (M), DAX, and semantic models.\nUnderstanding of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation concepts.\nExperience operating in Agile/Scrum environments.\nFamiliarity with data governance, metadata management, and reporting best practices.\nExposure to banking, financial services, insurance,
