You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions and agentic workflows, ensuring secure integration with an existing Java-based ecosystem. You will contribute to architecture discussions and help deliver scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions that meet enterprise standards.\nYour tasks\nDesign and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions in Python\nBuild and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows\nDevelop secure APIs, microservices and integration components\nIntegrate Python-based solutions with existing Java services and enterprise platforms\nEvaluate and validate AI-generated outputs using measurable quality criteria\nApply human-in-the-loop controls, traceability and auditability practices\nContribute to solution design and architecture discussions\nDevelop unit, integration, contract and automated evaluation tests\nFollow secure coding standards and AI governance requirements\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, quality gates and automated security checks\nImplement logging, monitoring, metrics and tracing\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies and delivery blockers and propose mitigation approaches\nSupport releases, production readiness and incident resolution\nCollaborate with architects, Tech Leads, QA, platform and operations teams\nContribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python\nHands-on experience building and delivering AI and GenAI solutions in production environments\nPractical knowledge of LLM capabilities, limitations and safe usage patterns\nStrong experience designing and implementing RAG solutions\nExperience with agentic or tool-using AI workflows\nExperience with prompt engineering, evaluation and validation approaches\nKnowledge of AI governance, security, traceability and auditability\nExperience developing microservices and APIs\nPrevious commercial experience with Java and Java-based enterprise systems\nAbility to understand, review and occasionally modify Java code\nExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle\nKnowledge of schema design, transactional integrity and performance optimization\nStrong unit, integration and contract testing practices\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)\nKnowledge of REST, messaging and event-driven integration patterns\nAbility to
