You will combine hands-on DevOps engineering with technical leadership, working closely with application DevOps teams and cross-functional IT teams to automate infrastructure, improve cloud services, maintain security and operational standards, and support reliable application deployments.\nYour tasks\nBuild and manage the GCP foundation platform supporting application deployments\nLead technical delivery and provide guidance on GCP and DevOps engineering practices\nDesign and implement GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform\nIntegrate, configure, deploy and manage common cloud services including IAM, networking, logging, operating systems and containers\nManage software-defined networking in GCP\nWork with hardened Linux and Windows operating systems\nEnsure cloud solutions comply with defined security standards\nEnsure compliance with operational risk standards related to networking, firewalls, operating systems, logging, monitoring, availability and resiliency\nBuild and support continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous testing processes\nImplement centrally provided platform and operating system patches\nSupport non-functional testing activities\nMaintain operational and support documentation\nTroubleshoot infrastructure issues and support application teams\nEnsure effective change management practices in line with established standards\nProvide impact assessments for proposed changes to the GCP core platform\nDrive automation, platform reliability and continuous improvement across the cloud environment\nRequirements\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code and Terraform\nExperience building, managing and supporting cloud foundation or cloud platform environments\nStrong knowledge of GCP networking and software-defined networking concepts\nGood understanding of IAM and cloud security\nExperience with Linux and Windows operating systems in enterprise environments\nExperience with container technologies\nStrong experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes\nUnderstanding of logging, monitoring, availability and resiliency concepts\nExperience working with security and operational risk requirements in enterprise environments\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExperience supporting application teams and resolving cloud infrastructure issues\nExperience with change management processes in complex IT environments\nAbility to provide technical leadership and support engineering teams in technical decision-making\nAbility to work effectively in an agile and cross-functional environment\nOpenness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 2 days a week\nNice
