We value independence, drive, commitment to excellence, high standards of workmanship, and dedication to quality, as well as the ability to present work to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\nEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.\nIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation, including code reviews and ensuring robust technical standards.\nWork with Oracle databases. Implement/Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.\nBuild and deploy applications using standard build tools.\nDesign and implement applications with a focus on observability and supportability.\nPresent work effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.\nProficiency in Python (3.11 and above), Flask (2 and above), SQLAlchemy, and related technologies.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.\nExperience in design and build of enterprise systems -
