This role will support a strategic manufacturing modernization initiative for a U.S. Navy submarine production environment, contributing to the implementation of a FedRAMP High/IL4-compliant Google Cloud Landing Zone that serves as the secure foundation for AI-enabled workforce and manufacturing platforms.\nResponsibilities\nImplement the Google Cloud Landing Zone architecture designed by the Cloud Architect across all project phases, including Assessment, Design, Build, Implementation, and Handover\nBuild and configure the GCP organizational structure, Cloud Identity tenant, billing accounts, IAM groups, and foundational cloud services\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components using Terraform to support scalable and repeatable deployments\nImplement cloud controls aligned with FedRAMP High and IL4 requirements under the guidance of senior architecture and security teams\nConfigure and support Assured Workloads, VPC Service Controls, Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK), and secure cloud governance controls\nCollaborate with Network and Security specialists to ensure compliance and security requirements are properly implemented\nPartner with DevOps teams to execute cloud infrastructure deployments and validation activities\nSupport Terraform deployment, testing, version control, and infrastructure validation processes\nPerform cloud administration activities involving compute, database, networking, identity, and security services\nAssist with compliance validation and readiness activities prior to FedRAMP and IL4 sign-off\nDocument infrastructure configurations, operational procedures, and deployment standards to support long-term platform sustainability\nContribute to cloud platform optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives\nRequirements and Qualifications\nExperience administering Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments\nStrong knowledge of GCP Administration services\nExperience with GCP Compute services and cloud infrastructure deployment\nKnowledge of Google Cloud database services\nExperience implementing Google Cloud security controls and best practices\nKnowledge of Google Cloud networking concepts and services\nExperience building and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform\nUnderstanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and deployment methodologies\nExperience with IAM, identity management, and access control frameworks\nKnowledge of Cloud Identity, billing account management, and organizational structures within GCP\nExperience with version control and collaborative deployment practices\nAbility to support cloud deployments in Agile delivery environments\nExperience working with cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks\nStrong documentation and technical communication skills\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting FedRAMP High, IL4, or similar regulated environments\nExperience with Assured Workloads, VPC Service Controls, and CMEK\nGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, or Security certifications\nExperience supporting large-scale cloud transformation initiatives\nFamiliarity with manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries\nExperience working with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines\nKnowledge of cloud compliance and security accreditation processes\nExperience collaborating with geographically distributed delivery teams\nSoft Skills\nCommunication\nStakeholder Management\nProblem Solving\nTeamwork\nStrategic Thinking\nAdaptability\nProactivity\nSelf-Management\nDecision Making\nRelationship Building\nAttention to Detail\nCollaboration\nOrganization and Planning\nAccountability\nContinuous Learning\nIn compliance with our personal data protection policies, we inform you that the information you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice available on our website, in the section: Privacy Notice for the processing of personal data -
