This role will contribute to banking and digital platform solutions in a highly integrated environment, working across service development, frontend engineering, platform collaboration, and production-ready delivery practices. You will work closely with global engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions end to end.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Quarkus, and Spring.\nBuild and enhance frontend applications using TypeScript and Lit for responsive, maintainable user experiences.\nDevelop and support containerized applications using Docker and deploy or troubleshoot them in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.\nDesign, document, and maintain API contracts using REST, GraphQL, and Swagger.\nBuild and support asynchronous and event-driven integrations using Solace and related messaging patterns.\nDevelop and optimize data access and persistence layers using PostgreSQL.\nCollaborate with architecture, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure applications are secure, observable, and production-ready.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into robust fullstack solutions across UI, service, integration, and data layers.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and release support as part of the engineering lifecycle.\nContribute to reusable components, engineering standards, and delivery practices that improve maintainability and consistency across teams.\nSupport integration-heavy enterprise solutions where reliability, traceability, and compliance are important.\nWork closely with distributed teams in a collaborative delivery model with progressive ownership over time.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nStrong experience in fullstack software engineering within enterprise or product delivery environments.\nStrong backend development experience using Java, with hands-on expertise in Quarkus and Spring.\nSolid frontend development experience using TypeScript and Lit.\nExperience building and consuming APIs using REST and GraphQL.\nExperience documenting and working with API specifications using Swagger.\nStrong understanding of containerized development using Docker and deployment or support experience in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.\nExperience working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.•Familiarity with event-driven or message-based integration using Solace or similar messaging platforms.\nGood understanding of service design, system integration, and distributed application architecture.\nExperience with testing, code review, debugging, and modern software delivery practices.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.\nFamiliarity with integration-heavy systems involving APIs, messaging, and multiple upstream or downstream dependencies.\nExposure to secure application design, observability, production support, and operational readiness.\nExperience working closely with DevOps and platform teams in containerized and cloud-enabled environments.\nKnowledge of accessibility, reusable frontend component design, and enterprise UI standards.\nExperience in globally distributed engineering teams and phased onboarding
