You will ensure a smooth candidate experience and help grow our talent pool, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business stakeholders to support the expansion of our staff augmentation services and project delivery capabilities.\nYour Tasks\nManage end-to-end recruitment for IT specialists in staff augmentation and client-facing projects.\nCollaborate with Hiring Managers and Delivery/Account teams to understand project needs and translate them into accurate candidate profiles.\nProactively source high-demand IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and creative direct search methods.\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with recurring staff augmentation needs.\nKeep candidate data up to date and maintain visibility of pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects.\nEnsure a high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple hiring streams.\nMonitor recruitment KPIs and provide insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and talent availability.\nSupport employer branding by representing the company at IT events, meetups, conferences, and recruitment initiatives.\nYour Skills\n3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with solid exposure to staff augmentation, IT consulting, or project-based hiring.\nProven track record in recruiting IT specialists for client-facing projects and fast-paced delivery environments.\nStrong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and advanced direct search techniques for niche technical roles.\nExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.\nAbility to work independently, demonstrating seniority in stakeholder management, setting hiring priorities, and driving recruitment outcomes.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, comfortable managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.\nTeam-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.\nVery good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.\nWe offer you\nOpportunity to contribute to the growing success of a high-performing, leading technology and consulting firm with a global presence\nHybrid work (2 office days per week)\nBenefit package that can be tailored to your personal needs (private medical coverage, sport & recreation package, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.)\nOn-line training and certifications fit for career path\nAccess to e-learning platform\nWork From Anywhere (WFA) -
