Our team of 12,000+ technology experts operate in 20+ countries worldwide offering career opportunities at the forefront of software innovation.\nOverview\nWe are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to support the day-to-day production operations and operational readiness of a next-generation Stablecoin and Digital Assets Platform.\nThis is a production-facing role focused on incident management, operational monitoring, process execution and coordination across business and technology teams. The successful candidate will combine strong production support experience with a good understanding of business processes and the operational impact of incidents.\nThe role requires someone who can manage production incidents calmly and rigorously, follow established operational procedures, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and coordinate effectively with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction Operations\nOwn day-to-day production support activities across platform environments. \nMonitor platform availability, performance, and operational health. \nInvestigate and troubleshoot production issues across application, infrastructure, third-party services, and blockchain components. \nCoordinate incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. \nAssess the business and operational impact of production incidents and prioritize the response accordingly. \nFollow established incident, escalation, communication, and operational procedures rigorously. \nAct as the coordination point between business users, operations teams, and technical teams during production incidents. \n\nObservability & Reliability\nDesign and enhance platform observability, monitoring, and alerting capabilities. \nImplement centralized dashboards, logging, and operational visibility across platform components. \nImprove incident detection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis through effective use of logs, metrics, and telemetry. \nIdentify reliability risks and drive improvements in platform resilience and operational maturity. \n\nInfrastructure & Platform Operations\nSupport cloud infrastructure and production environments. \nSupport deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. \nWork closely with engineering teams to improve operational stability and release quality. \nAssist in diagnosing infrastructure and performance-related issues. \n\nSecurity, Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination\nSupport operational controls required for a regulated financial platform. \nParticipate in security reviews, audits, disaster recovery exercises, and operational readiness activities. \nCollaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and external technology providers. \nProvide clear operational reporting and incident updates to stakeholders. \n\nRequired Experience\n5+ years of experience in IT Operations, TechOps, Production Support, Application Support, or similar production-facing roles. \nStrong experience supporting business-critical production systems and managing live production incidents. \nExperience following structured incident, escalation, change, and operational support processes. \nAbility to assess the business impact of incidents and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders. \nStrong coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \nSufficient technical knowledge to investigate issues, interpret logs and monitoring information, and work effectively with engineering and infrastructure teams. \nExperience working in banking, trading, financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets, or other regulated environments. \nPreferred Experience\nHands-on experience with the following technologies is beneficial, but the primary emphasis is on production operations, incident management, process discipline, and business understanding. \nExperience supporting blockchain, digital asset, stablecoin, payment, or fintech platforms. \nExperience with observability tools such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, or similar platforms. \nExperience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads. \nExperience with Linux administration. \nExperience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar). \nExperience operating or supporting 24x7 production services. \n(Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to every candidate individually.
