You will oversee a complex portfolio covering analytics platform modernisation, SAS migration, adoption and legacy decommissioning, while coordinating senior stakeholders across data, technology, architecture, risk, control and business functions. You will be accountable for overall transformation outcomes, governance, investment, benefits realisation and sustainable transition into business-as-usual operations.\nYour tasks\nOwn the enterprise analytics transformation strategy, vision, target state and overall outcomes\nDefine investment priorities, transformation sequencing, success measures and delivery principles\nDirect a complex portfolio covering SAS modernisation, workload migration, code remediation, platform adoption and legacy decommissioning\nLead executive stakeholder engagement across data, technology, architecture, business, risk and control functions\nDrive decisions on scope, sequencing, funding, capacity, risks and delivery trade-offs\nProvide executive oversight of transformation roadmaps, migration, adoption, operational readiness and legacy retirement\nHold Programme Managers and senior delivery leads accountable for milestones, budgets, scope, quality and transformation outcomes\nResolve cross-programme dependencies, material risks, issues and escalations\nOwn transformation governance, executive reporting, benefits realisation, OKRs and decision management\nEstablish transformation-level control, assurance and quality frameworks appropriate for a regulated financial environment\nOwn portfolio investment planning, financial forecasting, resource strategy and delivery capacity\nLead enterprise prioritisation of new transformation demand based on value, cost, risk and capacity\nLead and develop Programme Managers, senior delivery leads, workstream leaders and specialists across distributed teams\nManage strategic supplier relationships, commercial arrangements and material supplier negotiations\nDrive adoption of the target analytics environment and ensure sustainable transition into business-as-usual operations\nYour skills\n12+ years of experience in programme, portfolio or transformation delivery, including leadership of large and globally distributed change portfolios\nExtensive experience leading large-scale platform and data migration transformations, including SAS environments\nStrong knowledge of SAS migrations, including code remediation, data lineage, reconciliation, controls, operational readiness and post-migration assurance\nProven experience leading complex enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple business areas, platforms and geographies\nStrong experience in transformation governance, enterprise scope management, benefits realisation, RAID management, stage gates and assurance\nProven ability to influence executive and senior stakeholders across business, engineering, operations, risk, security and control functions\nExtensive experience delivering complex technology change within regulated financial institutions\nStrong understanding of risk management, security, controls, audit and regulatory requirements\nExperience managing substantial transformation investment, financial forecasts, resource strategies and delivery capacity\nProven experience leading and developing Programme Managers and senior delivery professionals\nExperience leading multicultural and geographically distributed teams in complex matrix organisations\nAbility to translate enterprise strategy into executable transformation roadmaps and make decisions across scope, sequencing, investment, risk and capacity\nExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the credibility to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams\nExcellent spoken and written English\nNice to have\nExperience applying Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches across complex transformation portfolios\nSAFe or other relevant Agile certification\nExperience leading enterprise
