You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions, agentic workflows and integrations with an existing Java-based ecosystem while ensuring high standards of security, testing, governance and operational resilience.\nYour tasks\nDesign and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions in Python \nBuild and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows \nDevelop secure APIs, microservices and integration components \nIntegrate Python-based solutions with existing Java services and enterprise platforms \nEvaluate and validate AI-generated outputs using measurable quality criteria \nApply human-in-the-loop controls, traceability and auditability\nContribute to technical design and architecture decisions \nDevelop unit, integration, contract and automated evaluation tests \nFollow secure coding standards and AI governance requirements \nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, quality gates and automated security checks \nImplement logging, monitoring, metrics and tracing \nIdentify and resolve technical risks, dependencies and delivery blockers \nSupport releases, production readiness and incident response \nCollaborate with architects, Tech Leads, QA, platform and operations teams \nContribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement\nRequirements\n4+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python and Java\nHands-on experience building AI and GenAI solutions \nPractical knowledge of LLM capabilities, limitations and safe usage patterns \nExperience designing and implementing RAG solutions \nExperience with agentic or tool-using AI workflows \nExperience with prompt engineering, evaluation and validation approaches \nKnowledge of AI governance, security, traceability and auditability \nExperience developing microservices and APIs \nPrevious commercial experience with Java and Java-based enterprise systems \nAbility to understand, review and occasionally modify Java code \nExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle \nKnowledge of schema design, transactional integrity and performance optimization \nStrong unit, integration and contract testing practices \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates \nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) \nKnowledge of REST, messaging and event-driven integration patterns \nExperience making pragmatic technical decisions in complex enterprise environments \nStrong understanding of secure software development and operational resilience\nOpenness to work hybrid from our client's
