delivery goals.\nFluent in English; German is a strong advantage for communication with clients in the DACH region. \nYour duties:\nBuild and maintain deep domain knowledge of the current AFC Suite as an integral member of an agile development team\nDefine, refine and maintain the team’s product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals, business priorities and available budget.\n Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, system interfaces, data flows and dependencies. \nValidate requirements, prepare technical specifications, and contribute to effort estimation to support cost forecasting.\nCollaborate closely with agile development teams as a Proxy Product Owner\nCollaborate with Product Management and Controlling to monitor development budgets, track team costs and assess ROI of backlog initiatives.\nSupport data-driven prioritization, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first. \nWe offer:\nHybrid work in one of our locations: Lodz,
