You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and support data analysis and validation using SQL and PL/SQL in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nYour tasks\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.\nCollaborate with product owners, SMEs, developers, and QA to ensure correct implementation.\nPerform independent data analysis using SQL and PL/SQL to validate business rules and outcomes.\nCreate and optimize queries to support investigations, reconciliations, and reporting needs.\nSupport workshops and requirement clarification sessions with business and technical teams.\nContribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.\nDocument processes, requirements, and changes in a structured and auditable way.\nYour skills\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.\nProven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements end to end.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.\nGood practical knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including query creation and data analysis.\nExperience working in an Agile or Scrum delivery model.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience with credit products, credit exposure, risk, or loans related processes.\nNice to have\nKnowledge of regulatory, reporting, and compliance processes in banking.\nExperience with financial data management, reconciliation, or data quality processes.\nExperience working with cross functional
