Our team of 12,000+ technology experts operate in 20+ countries worldwide offering career opportunities at the forefront of software innovation.\nOverview\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Production Operations Engineer to support the production operations and operational readiness of a next-generation Stablecoin and Digital Assets Platform.\nThis role is focused on ensuring the platform operates securely, reliably, and efficiently in production. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, and operations teams to support production environments, improve operational processes, manage incidents, and drive platform reliability.\nThe role is based in Hong Kong and will work directly with the CTO and key business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction Operations\nOwn day-to-day production support activities across platform environments.\nMonitor platform health, performance, availability, and operational KPIs.\nCoordinate incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution activities.\nEnsure timely communication and escalation of production issues.\nOperational Readiness\nEstablish and improve production support processes, runbooks, operational procedures, and support models.\nDrive release readiness, change management, and deployment coordination.\nEnsure support teams have appropriate documentation and operational knowledge.\nPlatform Reliability & Monitoring\nImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities.\nIdentify reliability risks and proactively drive remediation activities.\nImprove platform resilience, availability, recovery, and operational maturity.\nInfrastructure & Cloud Operations\nSupport cloud infrastructure and platform environments.\nManage deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and infrastructure automation.\nWork closely with engineering teams to improve operational stability.\nSecurity & Compliance\nSupport operational controls required for a regulated financial platform.\nParticipate in audits, security reviews, disaster recovery testing, and operational risk assessments.\nEnsure operational processes align with security and compliance requirements.\nStakeholder Coordination\nAct as a bridge between Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and external partners.\nCoordinate operational activities across multiple teams.\nProvide clear operational reporting and status updates to management.\nRequired Experience\n7+ years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, SRE, Platform Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.\nExperience supporting critical production systems in financial services, fintech, payments, trading, digital banking, or regulated environments.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).\nStrong experience in monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational support.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting blockchain, digital asset, stablecoin, payments, or financial market infrastructure platforms.\nExperience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures.\nExperience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.\nExperience with security operations, audit readiness, and regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with operational processes supporting 24x7 services.\nCandidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate:\nIs operationally minded rather than purely development focused.\nEnjoys running and improving production platforms.\nIs comfortable handling incidents and production issues.\nTakes ownership and drives issues to resolution.\nCan coordinate across technology, product, operations, compliance, and risk teams.\nThinks proactively about reliability, resilience, and operational excellence.\n(Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to every candidate individually.
