You will also help drive DevOps adoption, improve development processes, and mentor less experienced team members.\nYour tasks\nDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code\nDevelop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot\nContribute throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle\nAdopt Agile and DevOps best practices\nImplement test-driven development and collaborate closely with QA engineers\nImprove development team velocity and software quality\nMentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing\nSupport production systems through monitoring, incident resolution, and problem management\nDevelop automation tools to improve operational support processes\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions\nProvide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges\nRequirements\n4+ years of hands-on Java development experience\nExperience designing and developing microservices using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot\nStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL\nExperience with DevSecOps pipelines\n3+ years of experience working in Agile and/or DevOps teams\nExperience using TDD and JUnit\nExperience creating integration and regression tests\nAbility to work across the full software development lifecycle\nExperience translating functional requirements into technical solutions\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication skills\nSelf-motivated approach and willingness to learn new technologies\nOpennes to work hybrid from our client's
