In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, create meaningful dashboards and reports, improve operational transparency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.\nYour tasks\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business, operational, and management users\nCreate, optimize, and maintain datasets, semantic models, and data structures supporting enterprise reporting needs\nGather and clarify reporting requirements in cooperation with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams\nUse SQL, DAX, and data analysis techniques to support data validation, transformation, and reporting insights\nPrepare documentation and ensure reporting solutions are maintainable and aligned with project standards\nContinuously improve analytics solutions and reporting processes\nCollaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities\nYour skills\n3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power Query (M), DAX, and data modelling\nGood SQL skills to support data analysis, validation, and reporting activities\nExperience in designing and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions\nGood knowledge of Power BI Service, including workspace management, dataset administration, report publishing, scheduled refresh configuration, row-level security (RLS), and access management\nGood understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling\nExperience in gathering and translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nFluent English, minimum B2 level\nNice to have\nExperience with Azure Databricks\nExperience working in Agile environments\nKnowledge of financial,
