You will be responsible for coordinating the project from planning through delivery, working closely with product, delivery and development teams as well as stakeholders across the organization. The role combines end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination and change implementation in a complex, international environment.\nYour tasks\nManage the project end to end from definition and planning through delivery and closure\nCreate and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, outcomes and benefits\nCoordinate an application enhancement and large-scale roll-out initiative\nWork closely with delivery managers and product owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio\nEngage with internal technology stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into a feasible delivery plan\nCoordinate with development teams throughout product enhancement and delivery\nSupport the adoption of new solutions and ways of working across the organization\nProactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges\nEnsure effective communication and alignment across teams and regions\nYour skills\nStrong experience in end-to-end project management\nExcellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices\nExcellent understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum\nGood understanding of the software delivery lifecycle\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits\nStrong understanding of how technology and organizational change deliver benefits to stakeholders\nProven ability to work effectively across multiple regions while maintaining a global perspective\nExperience working closely with delivery managers, product owners and software development teams\nExcellent communication skills\nNice to have\nExperience managing large-scale technology
