You will operate in an agile team environment, contributing to iterative delivery, ensuring technical quality, and maintaining system stability while balancing ongoing improvements and new development initiatives.\nYour tasks\nWork within a team of 4-6 engineers with a dedicated product owner.\nTake business requirements, divide them into stories, and deliver them iteratively to production.\nParticipate in analysis, development, testing, and production support as part of the same role.\nEnsure product stability by providing ongoing production support.\nIdentify areas of technical debt and help balance it with new functionality.\nDesign solutions aligned with technology guidelines and constraints.\nCollaborate with team members through pairing and knowledge sharing.\nRequirements\nStrong experience in Python.\nSolid backend engineering fundamentals: microservices, API design, service integration, clean code and maintainable architecture.\nExperience with Flask / FastAPI / Django.\nPractical cloud/devops basics: containers (Docker) and CI/CD exposure; comfort working in cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS).\nLLM awareness: working knowledge of LLM application patterns (e.g., prompt fundamentals, RAG basics, tool/function calling concepts) or strong motivation to learn and apply them in real products.\nSQL and practical experience with relational databases.\nConfidence in delivering production-quality code: testing mindset (unit/integration tests), debugging and operational support.\nClear communicator in spoken and written English, comfortable working with local and distributed teams.\nFull-stack mindset: willingness to collaborate across the stack and learn frontend where needed\nHybrid work from our client office in Kraków (6 days a month).
