proficiency at a fluent level is a mandatory requirement for this role\nStrong hands-on software engineering background, ideally as a senior developer or technical lead, with the ability to guide application design and development rather than focusing primarily on platform, infrastructure, or networking engineering \nExperience designing and building software solutions using modern architectures and technologies\nHands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures\nExpert knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices\nStrong understanding of Agile principles and software delivery practices\nExperience with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and integration patterns\nKnowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems\nExperience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies\nExperience with Kafka-based event streaming solutions\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tools\nUnderstanding of service mesh and API gateway concepts\nExperience designing highly available and resilient platforms\nKnowledge of disaster recovery, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions\nStrong understanding of networking, identity, security, and governance concepts\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work independently with senior client stakeholders\nExperience supporting sales and proposal activities\nNice to have\nExperience within the financial
