development practices and engineering excellence \nSupport cloud-native deployments and platform optimization on Azure\nYour skills\n15+ years of experience with Java development\nStrong expertise in Flowable and Spring Boot\nExperience with ORM frameworks including JPA and iBatis\nKnowledge of Azure AD, OAuth and application security best practices\nHands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures\nExperience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL and Redis\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Docker and
