You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define testing strategies, identify risks, improve QA processes, and ensure high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.\nYour tasks\nDefine and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches \nAnalyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks \nExecute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities \nPerform mobile, API, and UI testing \nCollaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related topics \nPrepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics \nSupport automation strategy and framework improvements \nDrive quality initiatives and recommend mitigation actions \nMentor and support junior QA team members \nCooperate with cross-functional \nAgile teams to ensure successful releases\nYour skills\nExperience in release management processes, including release planning and coordination from a quality perspective, defining entry/exit criteria and quality gates, managing test environment readiness across the release path, and supporting Go/No-Go decisions\nAt least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and quality assurance \nStrong knowledge of testing techniques and quality assurance best practices \nHands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing \nExperience creating and maintaining test strategies and test plans \nExperience working directly with clients and business stakeholders \nAbility to define testing scope, assess quality risks, and recommend mitigation actions \nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills \nProgramming experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python \nExperience with test automation frameworks and tools \nStrong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development practices \nExperience with Git Experience with JIRA and test management tools \nExperience creating test documentation, reports, and quality metrics \nAbility to work independently and take ownership of quality decisions \nExperience mentoring junior team members \nFluent English and Polish\nNice to have\nExperience with Appium Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress \nExperience with REST Assured or Postman/Newman \nPractical experience with TDD and BDD \nKnowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices \nExperience with performance and
