The support of this amazing team of professionals is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services.\nWhat you’ll be challenged to do: We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst with hands-on experience to support, configure, and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role will partner closely with Human Resources to ensure Workday processes align with business needs, deliver accurate data, and provide excellent employee experience. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, a desire to understand business requirements beyond the immediate request, and the ability to independently identify, evaluate, and recommend the best Workday solution.\nIn this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\nConfigure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Reporting \nCollaborate on and provide innovative solutions that align with Workday HCM functionality and best practices \nDesign, configure, and optimize Workday business processes across Core HCM and Recruiting, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, compliance needs, and Workday best practices \nConfigure and troubleshoot Workday notifications, alerts, inbox tasks, and related business process functionality to support efficient user experiences and process execution \nDesign, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards \nTroubleshoot complex Workday configuration and process issues, identifying root causes and recommending effective long-term solutions with minimal supervision \nPartner with HR and business stakeholders to fully understand business needs, evaluate options, and design scalable Workday solutions that balance user experience, maintainability, and system best practices \nSupport testing efforts for Workday updates, releases, and new configurations \nMaintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows \nAssist with data audits, validations, and compliance-related activities \nParticipate in Workday biannual releases by reviewing features, evaluating impacts, and implementing enhancements \nWhat you will bring to our firm:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience in a functional role\nHands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM and Recruiting, including business process configuration, security considerations, notifications, and reporting \nExperience analyzing system behavior and troubleshooting configuration issues using a structured, root-cause-oriented approach \nExperience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred) \nStrong understanding of HR processes and data structures \nStrong ability to gather and clarify requirements, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and recommend scalable Workday solutions aligned with business objectives \nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail \nExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \nDemonstrated curiosity, critical thinking, and initiative to research issues, evaluate options, and identify solutions with minimal oversight \nWhat we prefer you bring:\nWorkday HCM Certification(s)\nExperience with additional modules such as Compensation, Talent, or Learning\nExperience supporting Workday in a production enterprise environment\nPrior experience participating in Workday implementations or major enhancements\nCompensation: The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000.
