With a team of 1,200+ employees and a legacy of leadership in retail real estate, we’re shaping the future of the industry by delivering exceptional value to our partners and the communities we serve\nIf you’re ready to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply.\nJob Description\nPosition Summary\nReporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Programs for GGP, the Marketing Assistant is an hourly employee responsible for supporting the efforts of the Marketing Programs and Marketing Property teams, including implementing aspects of end-to-end customer-facing marketing activations and campaigns designed to increase shopper awareness, engagement, mall traffic and sales based upon a deep understanding of our shopper segments.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams operations with day-to-day tasks to develop and execute activations and campaigns across multiple properties\nWork with both internal and external resources to coordinate meetings, collect data, and communicate pertinent information\nManage and maintain the social publishing queue (Sprout), ensuring timely approvals while maintaining all brand and legal social media requirements\nAuthor and deploy weekly marketing communications email\nOwn field-facing communications, trainings, and self-service resources, including ownership of operational signage projects and similar initiatives\nAssist with marketing program and activation tasks, including (but not limited to) sweepstakes fulfillment, social media briefs, content creator organization, and competitive research\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to request, review and route creative assets for marketing activations and media\nOrganize cross-functional status meetings, including sourcing input from project leads and aggregating updates into a single source file (i.e., PowerPoint)\nPublish web and social content as needed\nManage administrative tasks, including expense management, accruals, and invoice processing for the team\nSupport Marketing Programs team with budget management and monthly accruals for accounting\nOther admin duties as needed\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required\nOrganizational, project, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines\nWritten and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint\nPreferred Qualifications\nOne to two years of marketing, communications, or events experience, including internships.\nExperience with Sprout Social or a similar marketing or social media management platform preferred\nCompensation\nSalary type: Non-Exempt\nPay Frequency: Bi-weekly\nHourly Pay Range: $24.00-$33.00\nAnnual Bonus Eligibility: 4%\nBenefit Information\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical, Dental and Vision beginning day 1\n401(k) Company matching\n401(k) Vests on Day 1\nCareer development programs\nCharitable donation matching\nGenerous paid time off (i.e., vacation, personal holidays, paid sick time)\nPaid Volunteer Hours\nPaid Parental Leave\nFamily planning assistance including IVF, surrogacy, and adoption options\nWellness and mental health resources\nPet insurance offering\nChildcare Assistance\nCommuter benefits\nA culture based on our values of Act with Integrity, Build Mutual Trust, Take Initiative, and Win Together\nWe are proud to create a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
