The Contract Administrator will also provide direction and guidance to the field regarding the Project Management application which supports Ordinary Capital, Development and Landlord Work Construction Bids and Contracts submission and approval process.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate the administration, follow-up, and tracking of all work orders, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders submitted for Ordinary Capital, Development, Landwork Work.\nMaintain detailed and organized digital contract records.\nProvide guidance regarding current contract forms and policies.\nCollaborate with vendors to ensure all required contract payment forms are accurately completed to streamline invoicing.\nWork directly with field teams and vendors to ensure all required Certificates of Insurance are on file and comply with Risk Management standards.\nPartner with project managers to develop clear scopes of work that align with Legal requirements.\nAct as liaison between project managers and legal team.\nFoster strong vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.\nProvide guidance and training to vendors on required documentation and processes.\nPerform other duties and special projects assigned by the Director of Contract Administration.\nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or GED required\nCollege Degree preferred\nMinimum of 3 years of related experience\nAbility to manage projects independently\nAbility to communicate with all levels within the organization\nAbility to work and learn independently and in a team situation\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent PC, Excel, MSWord\nAble to quickly learn and be proficient with additional software packages\nCompensation\nSalary type: Non-Exempt\nPay Frequency: Bi-weekly\nHourly Pay Range: $26.44 - $36.05\nAnnual Bonus Eligibility: 10%\nBenefit Information\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical, Dental and Vision beginning day 1\n401(k) Company matching\n401(k) Vests on Day 1\nCareer development programs\nCharitable donation matching\nGenerous paid time off (i.e., vacation, personal holidays, paid sick time)\nPaid Volunteer Hours\nPaid Parental Leave\nFamily planning assistance including IVF, surrogacy, and adoption options\nWellness and mental health resources\nPet insurance offering\nChildcare Assistance\nCommuter benefits\nA culture based on our values of Act with Integrity, Build Mutual Trust, Take Initiative, and Win Together\nWe are proud to create a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
