The goal is to support better analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-based solutions using modern data platforms. You will be responsible for designing and creating solutions for complex client needs.\nYou’ll work across three key areas:\nBuilding Core Data Infrastructure - designing scalable data integration layers, pipelines, data models, and data warehouses.\nDeveloping Data-Driven Solutions - creating backend logic and data-focused applications that support business processes and decision-making.\nConnecting Data with AI - preparing and integrating data to power AI and machine learning use cases.\nYou’ll be at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose comprehensive, future-proof solutions.\nDetailed duties:\nWorking directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, priorities, and technical requirements;\nLeading requirements-gathering sessions, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution-design meetings with customers;\nDesigning and implementing scalable data solutions using modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake;\nBuilding, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and system integrations;\nDesigning data models, databases, and data warehouse architectures to support business and analytical requirements;\nDeveloping data processing solutions using Python and SQL and/or other technologies; \nGathering requirements from customers;\nProposing business solutions for customers’ needs;\nPreparing a necessary technical specification;\nPlanning next releases, scoping the implementation;\nWorking closely with team members and managing code review;\nSolving the issues with the existing architecture and delivery process;\nWorking closely with customers, communicating project status, raising risks. \n Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position;\nSQL programming knowledge (expert); \nPython or other programming language knowledge; \nExperience in working with data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake;\nExperience in GIT;\nExperience in designing ETL processes and software implementation;\nEnglish knowledge (C1 level) is a must- both spoken and written (working with international clients);\nHigh communication skills - consulting approach;\nTeamwork skills, good organization, planning, and a positive attitude.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP;\nExperience in AI implementation.\n Hybrid working model- Accommodation and office travel expenses are covered by the company.
