In this role, you will contribute to the design and analysis of grounding and earthing systems for a range of transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects, helping ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of critical power infrastructure.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver earthing, grounding, and lightning protection designs for substation, renewable energy, and power infrastructure projects.\nPerform engineering calculations, grounding studies, data analysis, and design development using industry-standard software.\nPrepare technical reports, design documentation, and project deliverables.\nSupport site investigations, field testing, and review vendor drawings and technical submissions.\nCollaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.\nAssist with project coordination, proposal development, and mentoring of junior team members.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRegistered Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in HV/MV substations, renewable energy, BESS, or power infrastructure projects.\nProficient in AutoCAD, with strong technical report writing, analytical, and engineering documentation skills.\nExperience reviewing vendor drawings, technical submissions, and design documentation.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.\nExperience in earthing/grounding and lightning protection design, including grounding studies, lightning risk assessments, and grounding system design.\nWorking knowledge of ETAP, CDEGS, or equivalent grounding analysis software is highly desirable.\nExposure to substation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and BESS projects is advantageous.\nOur Hybrid Work Model:\nBe part of the dynamic culture!
