Join us in office, three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.\nWorking with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:\nSupporting environmental planning and environmental impact assessment projects through research, data collection, analysis, and reporting\nAssisting with environmental permitting and regulatory compliance activities, including materials needed for permits, approvals, and agency consents\nResearching land use planning, environmental regulations, public policy, and project development requirements\nCollecting, organizing, interpreting, and analyzing environmental, planning, and regulatory information to support project recommendations\nPreparing technical reports, permit applications, environmental documentation, meeting materials, and client deliverables\nSupporting project coordination, scheduling, document control, and other project management activities\nAssisting with proposals, bids, and tender responses by gathering and organizing required information\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders\nFollowing applicable health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures\nParticipating in technical training, professional development, and communities of practice\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nBachelor's degree in environmental planning, environmental science, geography, urban or regional planning, natural resources, sustainability, public policy, environmental studies, or a related field\nStrong interest in environmental planning, permitting, regulatory compliance, and impact assessment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to organize and interpret information from multiple sources and draw meaningful conclusions\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAbility to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet commitments\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism\nAbility to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team\nInternship, co-op, research, or academic project experience in environmental planning, permitting, environmental studies, or regulatory compliance preferred\nFamiliarity with environmental assessment, GIS, data analysis tools, environmental research methods, or government approval processes is a plus\nAs a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
