See where your commitment could take you.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Reporting & Analytics Specialist to design, develop and improve enterprise reports, dashboards and analytical solutions. In this role, you will combine Oracle BI Publisher expertise, advanced SQL skills and a strong understanding of Oracle application data models and backend data structures to turn business requirements into accurate, practical and user-friendly insights.\nYou will also help modernise reporting through automation and AI-enabled approaches, working across reporting platforms, database objects and configuration. This is an opportunity to collaborate with business, data, application and technology teams while improving access to trusted information across the organisation.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop, enhance and support Oracle and BI Publisher reports, dashboards, data models and reporting configurations.\n\nWrite complex SQL to extract, transform, reconcile and validate reporting data.\n\nTranslate stakeholder needs into clear, practical and user-friendly reporting solutions.\n\nInvestigate reporting issues and identify root causes across source data, SQL, configuration and reporting layers.\n\nAutomate manual reporting and data workflows using AI agents and emerging technologies where appropriate.\n\nDevelop or enhance Power BI dashboards when required.\n\nMaintain report specifications, technical documentation, metadata, data lineage and source-to-report traceability.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting capability and align solutions with enterprise standards.\n\nWhat you will bring\nDemonstrated experience developing, supporting and troubleshooting Oracle reports, BI Publisher outputs and dashboards in an enterprise environment.\n\nAdvanced SQL capability, including complex joins, subqueries, aggregations and functions.\n\nStrong data reconciliation, validation and problem-solving skills.\n\nSound knowledge of relational databases, Oracle application data models and database objects, including tables, views, packages, procedures and functions.\n\nAn understanding of how Oracle configuration and end-to-end data flows affect reporting outputs.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly, manage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into effective reporting solutions.\n\nHigh level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and documentation quality.\n\nDesirable experience\nExperience applying AI agents or intelligent automation to reporting and business processes, with exposure to tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n or UiPath.\n\nPower BI experience across Power Query, DAX, data modelling and visualisation, including integration or transition from Oracle reporting to modern BI platforms.\n\nKnowledge of data lineage, source-to-report traceability, data quality, metadata and enterprise data governance.\n\nWork schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 am to 4:00 pm\nThis job offer can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu, depending on home based location.\nOur Hybrid Work Model:\nBe part of the dynamic culture!
