See where your commitment could take you.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst in Brisbane to support and enhance the GHD payroll systems and processes. The role will have a strong focus on compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practice.\nThis role ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across payroll operations, using ADP GlobalView (GV) as the primary platform.\nThis position offers a variety of work and will see you:\nParticipate as a key member of the fortnightly payroll processing team, ensuring payroll activities are completed accurately and within established timeframes.\nSupport payroll operations for Australia while contributing to global payroll transformation initiatives\nMaintain and support ADP GlobalView (GV) payroll system functionality, updates, and integrations.\nDrive legislative compliance across payroll processes and reporting obligations.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.\nProvide system-related support and guidance to the payroll team.\nProvide training on new systems and process changes to ensure team readiness and consistency.\nDevelop and maintain payroll process documentation and policies.\nAnalyse payroll data and produce accurate reporting for stakeholders.\nTo be successful in this role you will require the following:\n5+ years' experience in payroll systems or compliance-related role.\nStrong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView (GV).\nIn-depth understanding of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, Superannuation, PAYG, etc.).\nExperience in process improvement and system implementation.\nHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExperience with SAP Payroll is highly regarded.\nIf you possess a high level of payroll systems exposure and enjoy the challenge of producing and delivering accurate and detailed payroll reports, we would like to hear from you.\nInterested?
