See where your dedication could take you.\nCrucial duties and responsibilities\nContract Review and Approval:\nReview draft contract for invoicing terms, project costing, and other financial specifics such as, retention/retainer, prevailing wage, sub-consultant, charge rates, unit pricing, etc \nProject Team Involvement:\nProvide historical project data \nProvide charge rate and related data for fee estimates and project proposals \nPrimary point of contact with outside client accounting staff to assist with project financial data inquiries \nProvide exceptional customer service to all clients ensuring happiness with financial services \nProject Setup/Maintenance:\nReview project set-up to ensure accuracy \nUpdate/maintain client billing information \nReview and maintain accurate project costing for revenue recognition \nReconcile, Inactivate, and Close project data \nClient Setup:\nProvide assistance, when vital, with new/existing client approvals/submittals \nReview client billing data for invoicing requirements \nTimesheets:\nConfirm project costing data \nAssist Accounts Receivable\nSpecialist by providing billing data when necessary \nAssist Project Managers with collection calls on outstanding debts\nUpdate MIS with collection data when received \nClient Invoicing:\nDistribute draft invoices to Project Managers \nReview/Input unit pricing data as required \nProduce accurate and timely client invoices (internal and external)\nEnsure all required backup documentation accompanies client invoices \nMail/Email or upload all client invoices \nPromote and establish point of contact with client accounting staff on project financial and invoicing matters \nArchive client invoices \nProvide exceptional customer service to improve client experience and happiness \nQualifications and requirements\nMust have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.\nGood verbal and written French communication skills.\nMinimum of one year accounting experience preferably with a professional services firm.\nMinimum of one year experience with invoices, cost estimate spreadsheets and timesheets.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.\nStrong editing/proofreading skills.\nAbility to work independently, as well as with others.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.\nTake on some of the world’s toughest challenges -
