Join us in the office three days a week to contribute, connect, and excel in our vibrant environment.\nWorking within ourDecommissioning & Demolition team, you will\nSupport and help grow our team in Ontario while working on a diverse range of clients and engineering projects including demolition and building renovation projects throughout Canada\nAct as the project manager for existing and future demolition and closure projects\nActively participate in business development initiatives to help grow our business in the Ontario market\nSupervise and coordinate multi-discipline project teams\nProduce design calculations and contribute to the formulation of design concepts and technical specifications\nAssist in quantity take-off and cost estimating assignments \nDeliver and be accountable for technical assignments \nLead the preparation of tenders and proposals \nParticipate in field investigations including material take-offs, existing conditions assessments and sampling for hazardous materials\nDevelop your decision-making, communication and technical skills \nWhat you will bring to the team\nMinimum of 3-6 years experience in the consulting or construction industry\nA real passion for problem solving \nAn organised approach to meeting deadlines \nThe ability to collaborate and be an adaptable team member \nAdaptability and a flexible approach to working across a variety of projects \nExcellent written and verbal communication \nBuilding engineering, demolition experience and/or estimating experience is advantageous\nRelevant tertiary qualification\nPlease note:\nThe salary range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000.The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
