Join us in the office three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.\nWho are we looking for?\n Lead Design-Build projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery by managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong project leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nManaging small and medium-sized projects or supporting the delivery of larger, complex projects.\nDeveloping and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.\nCoordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines.\nMonitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to support successful delivery outcomes.\nSupporting client communications and serving as a day-to-day point of contact for project stakeholders.\nCoordinating with contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and owner representatives throughout project delivery.\nSupporting procurement, contract administration, project controls, and construction-phase services activities.\nPreparing project reports, presentations, status updates, and project documentation.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team:\n5-10 years of project delivery experience within the buildings, infrastructure, industrial, institutional, or public-sector markets.\nDegree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.\nUnderstanding of project delivery methodologies and project governance principles.\nExperience supporting projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent assignments and competing priorities.\nWorking knowledge of project management tools, financial management practices, and project reporting requirements\nSalary range: $85,140 - $141,900 per year. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
