See where your commitment could take you.\nRole Purpose:\nIndependently leads RFQ/RFP responses and straightforward SOQs, while developing readiness to manage larger or more strategic pursuits. Support pursuit activities by coordinating schedules, contributors, templates, and proposal development tasks while contributing to strategy and compliance.\nCore Responsibilities:\nLead proposal go/no-gos (GNG), kickoffs, schedules, templates, and day-to-day coordination for assigned pursuits.\n\nManage multiple proposals simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers, and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nSupport strategy discussions and develop sections of the strategic win plan.\n\nLead the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals.\n\nCoordinate writing, editing, formatting, proofreading, graphics, and content completion.\n\nFacilitate stakeholder communication and ensure proposal deliverables meet submission requirements.\n\nSupport compliant, competitive proposal development through organized collaboration.\n\nProvide mentorship to Proposal Coordinator staff to support development.\n\nCompetencies and Behaviors:\nDemonstrates ownership of assigned proposals and maintains schedule discipline.\n\nCommunicates clearly with stakeholders and facilitates productive coordination.\n\nApplies sound judgment in resolving routine proposal issues and escalating when needed.\n\nShows growing confidence in strategy discussions, content development, and team coordination.\n\nCommunicates effectively and actively listens.\n\nKey Performance Indicators:\n≥ 95% on-time completion of assigned proposal tasks and deliverables\n\nSupports 100% on-time submission for assigned proposals Coordinates effective kickoff meetings, status meetings, and team communication.\n\nEnsures proposal quality, schedule adherence, and accurate brand application.\n\nDemonstrates growing strategic contribution and strong stakeholder coordination.\n\nResponds to team requests within same business day (≤ 24 hours).\n\n60-70% usage of automated proposal platform.\n\nSkills:\nProficient use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign), and tools such as Salesforce or Power BI.\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of proposal experience with strong writing, coordination, and time management skills, plus working knowledge of proposal strategy and technical terminology.
