In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, providing technical leadership, engineering expertise, guidance to multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, and mentorship.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, and project objectives.\nPrepare and review engineering designs, calculations, reports, and specifications for Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions. \nSupport and mentor junior engineers and team members, helping to build technical capability across the team.\nContribute to project proposals, tenders, methodologies, and technical submissions as required.\nWhat You Will Bring to the Team\n10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience in design delivery and technical leadership. \nStrong civil engineering design background across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors\nExperience in leading design reviews, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical oversight.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams. \nDemonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team development. \nProactive, quality-focused, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.\nExperience in proposals, tenders, and work-winning activities is an advantage.\nOur Hybrid Work Model:\nBe part of the dynamic culture!
