Apply sound judgement, market insight and deep analysis to guide pay decisions, salary structures, reward investments and workforce outcomes.\nWorking closely with business leaders, People Teams and Compensation Partners, the role evaluates options, balances competing priorities and delivers practical recommendations that strengthen attraction, retention, equity and business performance\nKey Responsibilities\nCompensation Advisory & Business Partnering\nPartner with business leaders and People Teams across Americas and EMEA to understand workforce challenges and compensation needs.\nProvide expert guidance on remuneration decisions, pay positioning, job offers, retention risks and internal equity considerations.\nEvaluate options, trade-offs and risks to recommend practical and commercially sound compensation solutions.\nSupport leaders through complex or sensitive remuneration discussions and decisions.\nSalary Structures, Market Pricing & Pay Equity\nLead the development and maintenance of salary ranges across Americas and EMEA.\nApply market data, business context and compensation principles to determine appropriate pay positioning and structures.\nLead regional pay equity reviews and identify actions to improve equity outcomes.\nEnsure survey matching methodologies and market data applications remain accurate and fit for purpose.\nSalary Review & Reward Program Leadership\nProvide compensation leadership for annual salary review activities across the regions.\nDevelop salary budget recommendations in partnership with Benefits and business stakeholders.\nGuide People Teams and business leaders throughout salary review planning, implementation and decision-making.\nSupport the launch, governance and delivery of reward programs including annual bonus activities as required.\nStrategic Analysis & Reward Solutions\nLead complex compensation analyses and assessments independently.\nTranslate market, workforce and reward data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.\nEvaluate the impact of emerging workforce, labor market and business trends on compensation practices.\nDevelop solutions that balance business needs, employee experience, governance and affordability.\nAnticipate risks, dependencies and downstream impacts when recommending actions.\nReward Capability, Frameworks & Continuous Improvement\nImprove compensation frameworks, tools, guidance and decision-making resources.\nIdentify recurring themes, capability gaps and opportunities for simplification.\nOversee development of compensation learning and education for People Teams, leaders and employees.\nBuild organizational understanding of reward principles, pay decisions and reward governance.\nStrengthen consistency, scalability and effectiveness of compensation practices across the regions.\nExpectations\nDevelop trusted relationships with Human Resource Leaders and People Teams and maintain regular engagement to understand emerging business needs. \nExpereince with Korn Ferry Job evaluation and job architecture methodologies would be highly regarded\nDeliver independent, evidence-based recommendations on complex compensation matters.\nComplete at least one significant business-focused compensation project or analysis each quarter.\nStrengthen compensation capability through improved guidance, tools and learning solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve frameworks, decision quality and consistency across the regions.\nConsider broader business, market and workforce impacts when designing recommendations and solutions.\nInterested?
