Working with established standards and procedures, you’ll bring sound judgement, technical curiosity and a collaborative mindset to help shape practical drainage solutions.\nDuties and responsibilities include but not limited to:\nPerform road engineering duties, including but not limited to:\nDevelop and deliver geometric road designs and associated infrastructure, including intersections, roundabouts, car parks, active transport facilities, earthworks, access roads, and other related infrastructure.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.\nProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and designers.\nPerform engineering calculations, assessments and prepare technical reports.\nEngage effectively with clients and project teams.\nEnsure designs comply with relevant standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nBachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\nAt least 10 years or more of experience in road and transport infrastructure engineering.\nStrong understanding of road design principles and international road design standards.\nAustralian design experience is highly regarded.\nOther international civil engineering project experience will also be highly regarded.\nExperience in a consulting, engineering, or infrastructure delivery environment.\nStrong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with diverse clients and project teams.\nExperience with 12d and/or OpenRoads is highly regarded\nExperience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and lead project teams.\nOur Hybrid Work Model:\nBe part of the dynamic culture!
