See where your commitment could take you.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across GHD’s Project Delivery domain. This hands-on role will connect business capabilities, applications, data and integrations, ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategy and the target architecture roadmap.\nIn this role you will:\nOwn and maintain the current-state and target-state planning and roadmap for Project Delivery.\nLead solution architecture for complex and cross-cutting initiatives from discovery through delivery.\nDefine reusable design patterns, API-led integrations, platform guardrails and non-functional requirements.\nReview solution designs, resolve conflicts and manage risks and technical debt.\nAdvise business and technology leaders on options, costs, risks and trade-offs.\nCoach solution architects and technical leads and strengthen capability across teams.\nTo be successful you will have:\n8-10 years of relevant architecture experience, including senior, domain or portfolio-level experience.\nStrong solution capability across applications, data, integration, security, infrastructure and operations.\nRecent hands-on experience with APIs, data models, integration flows, security controls and solution delivery.\nExperience leading complex solutions from discovery through implementation and transition to operations.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, consulting, influencing and communication skills.\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or demonstrated equivalent experience.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, SharePoint Online, enterprise integration, data platforms or AI-enabled capabilities is highly regarded.\nGHD is an equal opportunity employer and we want everyone to be able to fully participate in our recruitment process.
