The successful candidate will lead hydrologic and hydraulic studies, provide technical oversight and mentoring, and contribute to the delivery and management of water resources and multidisciplinary projects.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead the planning and delivery of hydrology, hydraulics, flood risk, water yield, and drainage studies.\nDevelop, review, and provide technical oversight of hydrologic and hydraulic models, including HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS applications.\nUndertake technical analysis, interpret modelling results, and develop practical and defensible engineering recommendations. \nPrepare and review high-quality technical reports, calculations, modelling documentation, and engineering deliverables.\nProvide technical leadership and quality assurance, including reviewing the work of junior engineers and supporting their technical development.\nCoordinate technical inputs across disciplines and work closely with project managers and other engineering teams.\nSupport project planning, scope definition, programme management, and delivery of multidisciplinary assignments.\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nAt least 8 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in hydrology, hydraulics, flood risk, water resources, and drainage.\nDegree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong practical experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, water balance assessment, water yield assessment, flood modelling, and drainage design.\nStrong working knowledge of HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, GIS, and Autodesk SSA/InfoDrainage.\nDemonstrated experience in technical leadership, engineering review, and mentoring.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nAbility to manage technical tasks and work effectively across multidisciplinary project team.\nOur Hybrid Work Model:\nBe part of the dynamic culture!
