The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structural aspects of construction projects, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and inspect structural works on-site, including foundations, substructure, superstructure, and architectural finishes.\nCoordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.\nConduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues as they arise.\nPrepare and review method statements, material submittals, and inspection/testing plans.\nMaintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities and progress.\nEnsure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.\nProven experience in site supervision of structural works within the construction industry.\nStrong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and best practices.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nTake on some of the world's toughest challenges- with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way.\nAt GHD, we celebrate the power of a multicultural workforce and champion individual achievement.
