In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services that improve business outcomes, enhance productivity, and create innovative experiences for our people and clients.\nYou will work closely with product teams, software developers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions, leveraging modern technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, machine learning, cloud services, and intelligent automation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and solutions.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable AI and software architectures.\n\nBuild and integrate Generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions into existing platforms and workflows.\n\nDevelop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines supporting AI applications.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solve business challenges.\n\nOptimize AI models and applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.\n\nConduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of AI systems.\n\nContribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices.\n\nMentor team members and share knowledge across the development community.\n\nEnsure responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and governance requirements are incorporated into solutions.\n\nStay current with industry trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and software engineering\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.\n\nExtensive experience in software development and solution delivery.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and/or C#.\n\nExperience building, deploying, and supporting AI or machine learning solutions.\n\nHands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies.\n\nExperience developing REST APIs and cloud-native applications.\n\nKnowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.\n\nExperience with databases, data engineering practices, and version control systems such as Git.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nSupporting the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.\n\nOur Hybrid Work Model:\nBe part of our dynamic culture!
