See where your commitment could take you.\nWho are we looking for?\nLead regional priority pursuits by adhering to the proposal process, managing proposal strategy, cross-functional\ncoordination, reviews, schedules, and interview support to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive submissions.\nCore Responsibilities:\nLead proposal go/no-gos (GNG), kickoffs, schedules, templates, and day-to-day coordination for assigned \npursuits.\nManage multiple proposals simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers, and adapt to changing \npriorities.\nManage cross-functional proposal teams, including coordinators, graphics support, and technical contributors.\nDevelop major proposal sections, facilitate reviews, and manage production through final submission.\nLead interviews, capture planning, debriefs, and lessons learned for major pursuits.\nAttends interview preparation and practice sessions; supports the team with presentation skills and delivery.\nDrive team alignment, schedule discipline, and proposal quality on larger opportunities.\nProvide mentorship to Proposal Coordinator and Proposal Manager I and II staff to support development.\nCompetencies and Behaviors:\nLeads confidently through complexity, ambiguity, and compressed timelines.\nInfluences cross-functional teams and keeps stakeholders aligned around strategy and execution.\nUses strong judgment to balance quality, compliance, and pursuit priorities.\nModels leadership behaviors that support collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nDrives best practices, innovation, and market-focused thinking across complex pursuits.\nCommunicates effectively and actively listens.\nKey Performance Indicators:\n≥ 95% on-time completion of assigned proposal tasks and deliverables.\nSupports 100% on-time submission for assigned proposals Ensures effective kickoff meetings, reviews, \nschedules, and team collaboration.\nDirects the proposal team to ensure milestones are met on time.\nMaintains high-quality deliverables, integrated visuals, and strong communication across stakeholders.\nApplies sound judgment in resolving routine proposal issues and escalating when needed.\nResponds to team requests within same business day (≤ 24 hours).\n60-70% usage of automated proposal platform.\nSkills:\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign), and tools such as Salesforce or Power BI.\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree preferred. 7-10 years of experience leading proposal development from pre-positioning/strategy through submission and interview for A/E/C or professional services pursuits.
