In this role, you will lead hydrogeological studies that guide well siting, groundwater development, and long-term water resource planning. You will build client relationships across the region, lead proposals, and win new work that grows our water practice. Join us in the office three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead hydrogeological studies by selecting boring and well locations, overseeing geologic and geophysical data collection and interpretation, and contributing to well proposals.\n\nServe as a seller-doer who builds client relationships and wins new work.\n\nManage new and established projects from start to finish.\n\nLead and mentor a team of three to five direct reports.\n\nLead proposal development for new pursuits.\n\nManage the delivery of interdisciplinary projects.\n\nPerform senior-level quality assurance and quality control reviews.\n\nEducation\nA bachelor’s degree in geology or hydrogeology is required.\n\nA master’s degree in geology or hydrogeology is preferred.\n\nExperience\nAt least 15 years of relevant experience is required.\nA California Professional Geologist license is required.\nCertification as a Certified Hydrogeologist is preferred.\nStrong client relationships in the region are required.\nAs a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
