discrepancies\nRespond to vendor and internal accounting inquiries\nPrepare reports and documentation for management and audits\nMaintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems\nProvide administrative support to the accounting and finance team\nAssist with special projects as needed\nQualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred\n2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred\nBasic understanding of accounting principles\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook\nExperience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus\nStrong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality\nStrong
