organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, invoicing, collections, and general ledger activities.\n\nLead month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.\n\nManage manufacturing accounting, including inventory, work-in-process (WIP), and related reconciliations.\n\nPrepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards.\n\nDevelop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast to support financial planning.\n\nSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\n\nUtilize NetSuite for accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis.\n\nStrengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and operational efficiencies.\n\nSupervise two direct reports and coordinate with offshore accounting resources.\n\nPartner with leadership and external accounting professionals on financial matters and special projects.\n\nQualifications\nStrong hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.\n\nManufacturing accounting experience required.\n\nStrong knowledge of inventory and WIP accounting.\n\nNetSuite experience required.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reconciliations.\n\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.\n\nPrevious experience supervising accounting staff or coordinating offshore accounting teams preferred.\n\nAbility to manage both transactional accounting and higher-level financial reporting responsibilities.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and
