departments, customers, and vendors.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.\n\nPerform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.\n\nProcess vendor invoices, prepare check runs, and ensure timely payments.\n\nGenerate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule.\n\nApply customer payments received through checks, ACH, and wire transfers.\n\nReconcile customer and vendor accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies.\n\nProcess authorized credits, refunds, and account adjustments.\n\nMaintain accurate accounting records, vendor documentation, and payment information.\n\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.\n\nSupport customer credit reviews and other accounting projects as needed.\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of hands-on accounting experience preferred, with exposure to both AP and AR.\n\nStrong understanding of full-cycle accounts payable, billing, cash applications, and reconciliations.\n\nExperience with three-way matching, purchase orders, and vendor payments.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.\n\nManufacturing, construction, distribution, or similar industry experience preferred.\n\nDegree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish preferred.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.\n\nDetail-oriented, organized, and
