This position is primarily focused on Accounts Payable and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on transactional accounting, high-volume credit card and expense reconciliations, and working collaboratively across departments.\nThe Accounting Specialist will also cross-train in Accounts Receivable to provide backup support as needed.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess, review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely\n\nReconcile high-volume company credit card and employee expense transactions\n\nReview receipts, supporting documentation, expense reports, and GL coding for accuracy\n\nPrepare and assist with check runs, ACH payments, wires, and other payment activity\n\nMaintain vendor records, W-9s, banking information, and supporting documentation\n\nResearch and resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies\n\nRespond to vendor inquiries and partner with internal departments\n\nAssist with month-end AP close and accounting-related projects\n\nCross-train in Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, cash receipts, and collections support\n\nMaintain organized accounting records and assist with audits and process improvements\n\nQualifications:\n2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience\n\nStrong AP experience with the ability to independently manage detailed transactional work\n\nExperience reconciling corporate credit cards and/or employee expense reports strongly preferred\n\nIntermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills\n\nExperience with ERP/accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience is a plus but not required\n\nAR, billing, cash application, or collections exposure is a plus\n\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills\n\nComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nProactive, resourceful, flexible, and team-oriented\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable working fully onsite in Cypress, CA\n\nIdeal Candidate:\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on AP professional who enjoys working with the details, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is comfortable researching and resolving discrepancies independently.
