operations.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and mentor a team of up to five Accounts Payable professionals.\nOversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.\nMonitor wire payment processing and payment disbursements.\nReview invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely vendor payments.\nManage vendor aging reports and support monthly payment planning.\nEnsure timely and accurate month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.\nServe as the subject matter expert for AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nAnalyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and streamline processes.\nSupport fiscal year-end audits by providing requested documentation and information.\nPrepare ad hoc reports and analyses for management.\nPartner with internal departments to resolve payment issues and improve processes.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and ongoing development to the Accounts Payable team.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.\nAt least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.\nStrong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, month-end close, accruals, and vendor payment procedures.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience working within an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar preferred).\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.\nDemonstrated ability to lead a team while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred but equivalent experience will also be considered.\nWhy Join?\nStable and
