accruals and month-end close activities\nPrepare AP aging reports and monitor outstanding invoices\nSupport annual 1099 preparation and reporting\nMaintain organized records in accordance with company policies\nAssist with internal and external audit requests\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and controls\nQualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred\n2+ years of accounts payable experience\nExperience processing high-volume invoices preferred\nFamiliarity with ERP or accounting systems\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nAbility to work independently and
